Need to return a product?
To return a product at Swim Wear In Motion, Inc., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our customer service department at
info@swimwearinmotion.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Nature of the problem
Upon receipt, please examine your merchandise for any defects or shipping inaccuracies. Swim Wear In Motion, Inc. will replace such merchandise within 15 days of the invoice date.
Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days of receipt or they will not be accepted. Items returned for an exchange will incur an additional $6 shipping fee.
Returned goods must be in ORIGINAL and
UNUSED condition. Once items have been worn, altered or laundered they cannot be returned. Goggles and fins cannot be returned once they have been worn in the pool.
Defective items that have been screened or embroidered with a team logo may be returned in accordance with the above policy. No individual items will be recreated if defective.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS THEY ARE DEFECTIVE.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Swim Wear In Motion, Inc. on returned items. Protect yourself from loss by sending the package via insured mail UPS, or FedEx.
Swim Wear In Motion, Inc. DOES NOT accept packages returned via COD.
